Pics were taken with a potato with a dying battery, in the middle of a sizable crowd, so apologies in advance:
I’m not saying this was the coolest car at the show, but I’m not not saying it, either, okay?
Note the sticker lower right.
The interior was gorgeous - a green sort of paisley material.
Huge Pontiac Ballbuster Convertible
‘65 Skylark convertible!!
RAMBLER
390, trips, 4 speed, convertible. There were a lot of stickshift convertibles there.

It was a pretty good show - and most of the cars were nice cars, but not *too* nice, if you know what I mean.
Plus, there were quite a few cars outside the 1955-1972 range that I focused on. Some true antiques, and newer stuff, too.

That ‘65 Ford wagon was the coolest car there. I said it.

The back had inward-facing seats at the rear, and little curtains on those back windors, plus a CB radio and a few other period touches.
If you were a kid in the late 60s in a big family, good chance your parents had something like that car for road trips across the country.

I like cars that get driven.

Yeah, most of these were cars that were driven, with a few exceptions (the Hemi Cuda, the Charger Daytona, and the GS400 stick out to me).
